With Contract Purchase, clients enter into a financial agreement for a pre-determined period at a fixed monthly rate. Payments are calculated to take into account the cost of the car, its rate of depreciation and the length of the contract, as well as mileage and any additional built-in services. At the end of the term, clients have the option to buy the vehicle by making a final balloon payment. Alternatively, the vehicle may be returned to Inchcape Fleet Solutions at no further cost.
As with Contract Hire, a significant lowering of overheads is achieved through a reduction in administration expenditure, while fixed monthly/annual payments deliver total budgetary control.
