For optimum safety, drivers are prioritised through a callout process that is proactively managed via a real-time tracking interface. In addition, Inchcape Fleet Solutions provides reporting and analysis to highlight avoidable incidents and assist clients in identifying drivers who may benefit from driver training.
The AA attends 7,000 incidents on our behalf each year, with an average response time of 42 minutes. In 84% of cases, repairs are completed at the roadside. In order to maintain these high standards, Inchcape Fleet Solutions reviews each callout to ensure that support levels are in line with service expectations.
Breakdown Cover is included free of charge as part of a fixed-cost-maintenance Contract Hire agreement or, alternatively, may be arranged on a pay-on-use basis.
