Inchcape Fleet Solutions utilises two distinct methodologies to support our clients' maintenance needs: either a pay-on-use maintenance solution or a fully-inclusive fixed cost solution.
Utilising a zero tolerance methodology, the entire vehicle maintenance process is managed by our internal technical control team. The team continually monitor the cost of vehicle downtime and work being undertaken to make sure both are kept to an absolute minimum.
In addition to this, Downtime Management, Inchcape Fleet Solutions’ VOR (vehicle off road) management tool, is a system developed in order to keep the downtime of our clients’ vehicles to a minimum.
Outstanding maintenance events are reviewed and evaluated on a daily basis in order to swiftly identify delays in service.
