Premier Service from Inchcape Fleet Solutions offers streamlined servicing of your fleet vehicles - quick, efficient, hassle-free.

As we are only too aware, our customers' time is precious. For this reason, we created 'Premier Service', a solution designed to take away the hassle associated with arranging and completing a vehicle service.

The following is a brief summary of a typical vehicle service cycle, arranged by the Premier Service team:

• The driver contacts the team via telephone or email, supplying two potential service dates and a brief summary of their requirements.
• The team then identifies a suitable local dealer and books the vehicle in.
• Inchcape Fleet Solutions engineers verify the proposed work to be completed in order to minimise unnecessary repair. Confirmation of the schedule is communicated to the driver, and upon completion the car is returned to a location of the driver’s choice.
• A courtesy car can also be made available to cover the service period.
